Refund Policy

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Use your Paddle receipt or our support page to request help. Include the purchase email and transaction reference, but never send card details or your password.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, Paddle's buyer terms, and the circumstances of the request. Canceling is not the same as refunding a completed payment.

Digital products

Because access and digital entitlements may be delivered immediately, refund rights can differ by location. Statutory consumer rights always apply.

Lifetime licenses

For an eligible lifetime-license refund, the associated entitlement and license will be revoked after Paddle confirms the refund. A revoked key can no longer activate or authorize devices.

Abuse

We may provide evidence of delivery and usage to Paddle when reviewing suspected duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive requests. This does not limit mandatory consumer protections.
